Make it happen
Responsiveness – Being a chameleon
In a fast moving world it’s essential for both humans and businesses to adapt to change. Both as time moves forward, but also when we find ourselves in new environment and context. Change is easier said than done, so how should we think about it and how can we design products and businesses to be responsive to that change?
In this session the speakers will look at responsiveness from three perspectives: the art of being responsive, building emotionally responsive experiences, and the craft of creating culturally responsive design.
Senongo Akpem, Cambridge University Press
Senongo will talk about culturally responsive design and how cultural variables can affect our perception.
Elliott Hedman, MPath
Elliott will show how emotional sensors can help uncover users unmet needs and lead to great experience design.
Isaac Pinnock, Made by Many
Design Director Isaac will talk about the art of being responsive and what this means to you, your clients and your organisation.
