The Future of Work
Something is broken with the way we work, and the debate is about how jobs are supposed to be created. An increasing amount of people burn out at work, at the same time as unemployment rates are higher than desired. Politicians and others put forward ideas on how to generate more jobs, while an increasing amount of tasks are performed by robots and computers.
In this session we’ll discuss what the future of work is from a human, organizational and societal perspective.
