In a session called The Craft of Data Juliette will reframe what we mean when we talk about data, and instead, consider: how do we learn at scale in order to be more strategic? In this talk, Juliette will share how her team at IDEO reframed the question of "whither data?" by starting where they were as human-centered designers, and collaboratively built a flexible, human-centered data practice. She'll share case studies about how data can become a friendly part of the conversation.
