In a session about the different aspects of work, Nina will share her experiences of burning out. She will also share her best pieces of advice on how to avoid doing the same.
At 26, Nina had won several advertising awards, was part of the management team at her ad agency and... couldn’t get out of bed. It took her less than four years in a fun, creative and challenging industry to burn out completely. The experience led to a full work life turnaround, and the best selling book The Point Of It All (Meningen Med Hela Skiten), which has been celebrated for ”describing the fears and dreams of the millennials” as they try to navigate in the modern work life. In this talk, Nina will speak about how her personal mistakes turned out to not be that personal, and how we all need to figure out why we go to work in the morning.
